1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Loftd Studios AB (org. nr 559337-7541), Sweden ("we"). By creating an account or using Rho you accept them. You must be at least 16 years old.
2. The service
Rho is a training log: you plan, record, and analyze your workouts. We aim to keep the service available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the app develops.
3. Not medical advice
Rho records and visualizes the training data you enter. Nothing in the app — including scores, statistics, suggestions, or program content — is medical or professional health advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a training program, and train at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or health outcomes related to your training.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time in Settings — deletion is permanent.
5. Your content
You own the data you enter (workouts, measurements, profile picture). You grant us the limited license needed to store and process it to provide the service — nothing more. Don't upload content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
6. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Termination
You can stop using Rho or delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including Swedish consumer law).
9. Governing law
Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts, without limiting your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
